3PL Administrator

Position Title: 3PL Administration

Reports to: Operations Manager –3PL                           

Location: Christchurch             

GVI Logistics Ltd is a New Zealand owned International Logistics Provider with sites based in Christchurch & Auckland.

Due to expansion we have a 3PL Administration role available at our Christchurch Airport based site. 

This role involves facilitating all aspects of Warehouse Administration & 3PL activities for our customers including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Processing incoming 3PL orders in line with set KPI’s.
  • Responding to customer enquires/requests via e-mail and over the phone as required.
  • Process and pick 3PL orders as required.
  • Co-ordinate and arrange transport/courier deliveries.
  • Create/manage loadsheets for export consignments. 
  • Allocate cargo to applicable loading.
  • Liaise with the store regarding loading and any special handling requirements.
  • Customer invoicing.
  • Responding to account queries.
  • General administration and housekeeping duties.
  • Engage with other warehouse team members as needed.

- A high level of computer literacy - especially in Word, Excel & Cargowise/EDI operating system.

- A Clean Drivers Licence & No Criminal Record.
