Position Title: 3PL Administration
Reports to: Operations Manager –3PL
Location: Christchurch
GVI Logistics Ltd is a New Zealand owned International Logistics Provider with sites based in Christchurch & Auckland.
Due to expansion we have a 3PL Administration role available at our Christchurch Airport based site.
This role involves facilitating all aspects of Warehouse Administration & 3PL activities for our customers including, but not limited to, the following:
- Processing incoming 3PL orders in line with set KPI’s.
- Responding to customer enquires/requests via e-mail and over the phone as required.
- Process and pick 3PL orders as required.
- Co-ordinate and arrange transport/courier deliveries.
- Create/manage loadsheets for export consignments.
- Allocate cargo to applicable loading.
- Liaise with the store regarding loading and any special handling requirements.
- Customer invoicing.
- Responding to account queries.
- General administration and housekeeping duties.
- Engage with other warehouse team members as needed.

- A Clean Drivers Licence & No Criminal Record.
