GVI Logistics facilities are equipped to allow for handling of Halal products in our dry stores, chillers and freezers. Haram products are segregated from Halal products at all times to ensure that the products maintain their Halal certification whilst under GVI’s control.
Our standard operating procedures for handling of Halal / Haram products are outlined in our MPI Risk Management Program and adherence to these requirements is periodically monitored by MPI officers.
Additionally, our export airfreight and seafreight operators are highly experienced in preparing Halal certificates on behalf of shippers if required.
