• Cold Chain Management: For perishable goods, a seamless and unbroken cold chain is crucial. Our Auckland and Christchurch facilities are equipped with multiple cold stores to allow for cargo to be held at various temperatures as required.
• Third-Party Verification: We are an MPI Approved Organisation (MAO) and is formally authorized to provide services relating to handling and documentation preparation for plant and produce products.
• Phytosanitary Compliance: The process is heavily regulated by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) to meet the destination country’s phytosanitary requirements. Our operators are thoroughly trained in navigating and understanding these requirements to ensure our customers products make it to market in a smooth, timely manner.
